This project report provides new engineering data for the following commonly used alloys: 17-4 PH stainless steel (UNS S17400), AISI 316 stainless steel (UNS S31600)and Alloy K-500 (UNS N05500). It was designed to provide a review of available data for these alloys and then develop new sulfide stress cracking (SSC) data from tests conducted under selected conditions of H2S partial pressure, pH and temperature as variables.
