Corrosionsource/2000 Paper Submission Requirements

  • Papers should be submitted as MS Powerpoint slides or MS Word documents (HTML, PDF formats also acceptable). Max. file size should be less than 5 MB. Please contact the support staff if your file exceeds this limit.

  • Submit a short resume or biographical sketch as a separate MS Word document.

  • A photograph of the author(s) (optional).

  • Provide presentation in a multimedia audio/video format (optional).

  • When submitting papers as MS Word documents, please exclude images from the document. Indicate the location of each image and submit images as separate files.

  • Mark/ name images in a clear fashion.

  • Please use an archive utility like WinZip when submitting multiple or large files to avoid network problems.

  • Email papers, images, etc. to sridhar@corrosionsource.com.

  • Terms and conditions posted on the Corrosionsource 2000 web site. Please read terms and conditions for participation in the conference. If you do not agree or have any questions/ concerns, please contact support@corrosionsource.com. By submitting/ participating, you agree to all terms and conditions.

  • Each paper will be assigned a unique ID. Please use this ID in all your future correspondences regarding Corrosionsource 2000.


Corrosionsource/2000 Terms and Conditions

  1. In submitting a paper to Corrosionsource.com, the person submitting grants to Corrosionsource.com the right:
    • to publish, reproduce and distribute the paper or any part or abstract thereof by the following means: electronically, in print, by optical or magnetic media, or as part of a database; and

    • to translate into any language as appropriate the paper or any part or abstract thereof and to publish, reproduce and distribute the translation by the following means: electronically, in print, by optical or magnetic media, or as part of a database.

  2. In submitting a paper to Corrosionsource.com, the person submitting acknowledges, represents and agrees:
    • that he or she has received an electronic copy of this Author’s Permission to Publish, and has read and understood it;

    • that he or she is the (an) author of the paper

    • that he or she has full power and authority to grant permission, including the permission of co-authors, to publish, translate, reproduce and distribute the paper or any part or abstract thereof;

    • that he or she will make his or her best efforts to agree with Corrosionsource.com organizers upon a time period during which the paper is to be presented on the Internet, and shall undertake to respond to queries on-line during that period;

    • that he or she is solely responsible, together with the paper’s co-authors if any, for all errors and opinions expressed in the paper as well as omissions from the paper;

    • that he or she has not disclosed in the paper any unauthorized third party proprietary or confidential information; and

    • that permission granted to publish, translate, reproduce or distribute does not and will not violate any copyright or other right of a third party or create a liability to any third party.
