Predict-Amine 2.0 incorporates comprehensive data and corrosion prediction model obtained from Honeywell’s JIP related to "Prediction and Assessment of Corrosion in Rich Amine Systems". Data from this program were combined with flow modeling calculations on plant tubing/piping configurations to predict the corrosion rates of the six materials studied over a wide range of solvent, H2S loading, CO2 loading, temperature and impurities.

The Socrates 9.0H system represents an advanced software framework to evaluate CRAs for different types of corrosive environments, including oil and gas production and transmission systems as well as environments that may contain corrosive constituents, such as H2S, CO2, Oxygen etc. It is designed to assist the end-user in effectively addressing the complex questions of material selection and corrosion/cracking evaluation for CRA materials.
