Figure 2: The weight loss in the UV light is shown with the open circles, while the weight loss in the dark is the dark diamonds. The three graphs have increasing y-axis scales. The Forsyth investigation demonstrated photo-corrosion of zinc, and steel (2a), aluminum 6061 and copper (2b), and silver and zirconium (2c). The brass and the 304 stainless had a slight inhibition of corrosion (2c).
