Technical Paper Format

Those interested in participation in the technical session through presentation of a paper should provide a written abstract of up to 200 words. Abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to D. Cuellar cli@clihouston.com.

In response to requests, we are making the deadline for submission a "virtual deadline". It exists somewhere in space and time. Since there will be key word searchability and the conference will run for six months, the organizing committee decided it would benefit all to welcome papers throughout the program. Thank you to those who have already made your submissions. These abstracts will allow us to test and fine-tune the infrastructure of this conference. These abstracts should be searchable via key word very soon.

Final papers will be submitted via e-mail to cli@clihouston.com as a Microsoft Word for Windows document (version 6.0 or higher preferred). From the submitted Word document, we will convert to html using MS Internet Assistant. Figures should be included in document.

Documents should not exceed 400kb and not have html tags. NOTE: Internet Assistant does not convert characters from specific fonts such as MT extra or even greeks from Symbol. Thus all special characters have to be included as a Word Equation (which is a bit strenuous). Objects from Word Equation Editor are apparently considered as graphical information by our converter and thus reproduced just as they look. Also, figures should be no wider than 4" (10 cm). Please contact D. Cuellar at CLI if paper has to exceed this limit
