We have not yet had the opportunity to deal with an active failure investigation.
Our main focus at the moment is to progress towards the development of a methodology to automate the indexing and knowledge processing of typical industrial libraries of case histories.
Knowledge reuse and data mining are perceived to be the last frontier for preserving unique and expensive expertise.
We have been discussing this possibility with different organizations dealing with failure analysis and are open for discussion on this topic.
