Predict 7.2
|
Predict 7.2 encapsulate state-of-the-art corrosion prediction technologies, and
includes critical, hitherto unavailable data on various aspects of corrosion prediction
of carbon steels for production and transmission applications. Predict 7.2, a by-product
of years of corrosion research and modeling, incorporates a completely re-worked
and enhanced user interface to provide access to a comprehensive knowledge base
on corrosion decision-making. It is an easy-to-use tool that integrates effects
of a complex set of environmental parameters on carbon steel and low alloy steels
to provide corrosion rate quantification based on extensive JIP data and laboratory
evaluation, as well as data from literature and field experience.

Socrates 10.1
|
Socrates 10.1 is a comprehensive corrosion resistant alloy (CRA) material selection system for corrosive oil and gas applications.
It enables users to make consistent, optimized choices based on real corrosion engineering data and rigorous materials engineering guidelines.
Socrates 10.1 helps evaluate CRAs for use in specific sour oil and gas production environments. The use of CRAs in oil and gas applications has revolutionized the industry
by providing metallurgical solutions to address challenging applications where carbon steel is not a feasible option.
It aids decision-making by drawing on proprietary Joint Industry Program (JIP) data, extensive field experience, and the latest NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 service limits .

Predict-SW 4.0
|
Predict-SW 4.0 is the resultant product of 3 phases of a joint industry program (JIP)
conducted by Honeywell International, Inc., entitled "Prediction and Assessment of
Ammonium Bisulfide Corrosion Under Refinery Sour Water Service Conditions".
It is capable of predicting corrosion rates of 14 commonly used refinery materials
for a wide range of applicable refinery sour water conditions.
Predict-SW has been widely accepted as the leading technology solution for assessing
corrosion rates in refinery sour water systems and has been widely referenced
in published literature.

Predict-Amine 4.1
|
Predict-Amine 4.1 is a state-of-the-art, user-friendly software system encapsulating comprehensive data and prediction model obtained in three joint industry programs (JIPs) conducted by Honeywell International, Inc., entitled "Prediction and Assessment of Corrosion in Rich Amine Systems – Phase I , Phase II and Prediction of Corrosion in Lean Amine Systems". Rich Amine Phase I focused on three solvent types – monoethanolamine (MEA), diethanolamine (DEA) and diglycolamine (DGA®) (DGA® is a registered trademark of Huntsman Corporation) while Rich Amine Phase II focused on methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) as a solvent.

Risk-IT 3.0
|
Risk-IT 3.0 automates Risk Based Inspection (RBI) to help users quantify and manage
risks, while prioritizing equipment inspection to ensure optimum equipment service
life and safety. Users can leverage its unique flexibility to address individual
equipment service data, as well as company-specific requirements for risk analysis
and inspection planning.

Strategy-A 4.0
|
Strategy-A 4.0 is a corrosion software tool for the evaluation of steels in wet H2S
service in upstream oil and gas environments. Steels are evaluated in Strategy-A
for their tendencies to crack via sulfide stress cracking (SSC), hydrogen induced
cracking (HIC) and stress oriented hydrogen induced cracking (SOHIC) mechanisms
in a given environment.
|
Strategy-B 4.0
|
The Strategy-B 4.0 application evaluates the corrosion performance of steels in wet
H2S service in refinery environments such as amine units, FCCU, light ends and hydrotreaters.
Steels are evaluated for their tendencies to crack via sulfide stress cracking (SSC),
hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) and stress oriented hydrogen induced cracking (SOHIC)
mechanisms in a given environment. Strategy-B 4.0 provides access to a comprehensive
knowledge base containing information about carbon steels and requirements for HIC,
SOHIC and SSC resistant behavior. This tool improves decision-making capabilities
about evaluation of steels utilizing data and rules from field experience, laboratory
research, literature and domain expertise. Analysis includes determination of environmental
severity to cause cracking, compatibility of steels used in construction, fabrication
techniques, risk assessment and prioritization of inspection.

Crude Corrosivity 3.0
|
Honeywell Forge Corrosion Advisor | Crude Corrosivity 3.0 software system is the only system of its kind since it contains
unique JIP data and insights, which provides the end-user the ability to evaluate
crude corrosivity for side cut piping. The program also facilitates evaluation of
different materials of construction as well as assessment of parametric effects
on crude unit metallurgy.
|
Crude Assay Database 2.1
|
Crude Assay Database 2.1 is a tool designed to help users to store and manage their
crude assays. This tool provides users a way to create in-house crude assay libraries.
Note that Predict-Crude 2.1 allows users to analyze corrosivity of a crude assay
side cut piping by importing a crude assay from crude assay database
